By having your heating and air conditioning equipment serviced before you need to use it, you are one step ahead of the game. Your chances of being left without heating or cooling when you need it most are drastically reduced. In addition, we will make your heating and air conditioning equipment as efficient as possible while adding years to the lifetime of your equipment all for $119.00 per system per year.

[O] PRE-SEASON INSPECTIONS AND CLEANINGS are included at no additional charge. OUR SEMI-ANNUAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE WILL RETURN YOUR COOLING/HEATING SYSTEM AS CLOSE TO ITS ORIGINAL MANUFACTURED CONDITION AS POSSIBLE.

DISCOUNTS: 20% on parts and labor for repairs and 10% on equipment replacements.

NO OVERTIME CHARGES FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE, 24 HOURS A DAY, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK.

PREVENTING MOST BREAKDOWNS BEFORE THEY OCCUR. Most service calls are predictable and avoidable with SEMI-ANNUAL preventive maintenance. Your "SAVINGS PLAN" membership is designed "TO PAY FOR ITSELF" with FEWER BREAKDOWNS AND EXTENDED EQUIPMENT LIFE. (We run few repair calls for our customers who have regular scheduled maintenance.)

LESS WAITING, WITH "PRIORITY TREATMENT" you'll be placed ahead of everyone else who's called for service who is not a club member.

MEMBERSHIPS ARE CANCELABLE AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON. YOU MUST BE SATISFIED WITH THE BENEFITS YOU RECEIVE, OR THE UNUSED PORTION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP DUES ($119.00 per year) WILL REFUNDED TO YOU, NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED.



Fall Service Includes

  • Complete work up on fans & motors

  • Gas Pressure is checked in order to assure efficient fuel consumption (for Gas/Electrical)

  • Refrigerant levels are checked (for heat pumps)

  • Filters are changed

  • Potential Problems are identified


Spring Service Includes

  • Complete work up on fans & motors

  • Refrigerant levels are checked

  • Air Conditioning Coils are checked thoroughly

  • Heat Transfer is checked

  • Filters are changed

  • Potential Problems are identified
