Club MAC
McClelland’s Club MAC membership offers residential customers semi-annual maintenance on their home’s HVAC system for just $149.00 annually with a $50 initial membership fee. Maintenance is available for your Split Gas/Electric or Heat Pump systems as well as your Packaged Gas/Electric or Heat Pump Systems. The above offered rate includes one visit in the spring and one in the fall before the peak seasons.
Our NATE certified maintenance technicians include the following services with each Club MAC visit:
- Clean units both indoor and outdoor
- Clean burners
- Clean blower compartment
- Clean evaporator coil
- Clean condenser coil
- Clean condensate pan and drain
- Add algaecide to condensate pan
- Check all electrical connections and components
- Check safety controls
- Check system operation in heat or cool
- Lubricate moving parts as required by manufacturer
- Adjust thermostat schedule as desired by the home owner
Benefits of the Club MAC Maintenance include:
- Pre-Season inspections and cleaning are included at no additional charge. Our Semi-Annual preventative maintenance will return your cooling and heating system as close to its original manufactured condition as possible.
- Filters – 3 Pleated Filters per grille at no additional charge. Clean filters save money and undue wear and tear on your system.
- 20 % Discounts – on parts and labor for repairs should anything fail on your system.
- 10% Discount – On replacement HVAC system or HVAC equipment as long as you are a current SSP customer.
- No Overtime Charges for EMERGENCY Service – 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Prevent Most Breakdowns BEFORE They Occur. Most service calls are predictable and avoidable with semi-annual maintenance. Your Club MAC membership is designed ‘to pay for itself” with fewer breakdowns and extended equipment life.
- Less Waiting, with “PRIORITY TREATMENT” – you’ll be placed ahead of everyone else who’s called for service who is NOT a Club MAC customer.
- Memberships are CANCELABLE at any time, for any reason. YOU MUST BE SATISFIED with the benefits you receive, or the UNUSED portion of your membership dues will be refunded to you, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
